By registering an account or otherwise using Cashoomo Mini, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy. In the event of any conflict, the full Cashoomo.com Privacy Policy shall prevail with respect to your linked full account on the main Cashoomo.com platform.

1. Automatic Account Creation and Linked Ecosystem

Cashoomo Mini operates as part of a single, unified ecosystem with the main Cashoomo.com platform.

When you register or use Cashoomo Mini, you are automatically registered for a full Customer Account on the main Cashoomo.com platform. All personal information you provide or that is collected on Cashoomo Mini is automatically transferred to, stored in, and used by the main Cashoomo.com database. Your Cashoomo Mini account and main Cashoomo.com account are permanently and inseparably linked as one unified Customer Account.

By registering or continuing to use Cashoomo Mini, you expressly consent to:

  • the automatic creation of your full Customer Account on Cashoomo.com;
  • the sharing and transfer of all your personal information between Cashoomo Mini and the main Cashoomo.com platform;
  • being fully bound by the complete Cashoomo.com Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Rules, and all other applicable policies of the main platform (as amended from time to time).

Important note: While this Policy governs your use of Cashoomo Mini, the full Cashoomo.com Privacy Policy applies in its entirety once you transition to, access, or actively use any features or services on the main Cashoomo.com platform (including Real Mode). If you never transition to the main platform, your data is processed primarily in accordance with this Policy and the linked-account provisions described above.

If you do not agree to automatic account creation and data sharing, you must not register or use Cashoomo Mini.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

A. Information You Provide

  • Registration and profile data: full name, email address, date of birth, phone number, physical address, username, and password.
  • Government-issued identification and supporting documents (for age, identity, or eligibility verification).

  • With the main Cashoomo.com platform: all data collected on Cashoomo Mini is shared with and used by the full Cashoomo.com platform for unified account management, service delivery, verification, and compliance.

  • Corporate affiliates: other entities within the Green Candy Solutions group.

  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
