These Terms of Service form a binding legal agreement between you and Green Candy Solutions, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and apply to your use of Cashoomo Mini (the “Light Platform” or “Cashoomo Mini”), any Standard Games and the services provided through the Light Platform in any way through any electronic device (web, mobile, tablet or any other device).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY GAMES OR USE THE LIGHT PLATFORM. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NOT AVAILABLE ON CASHOMO MINI AND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING ANY GAMES.

You must read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Light Platform. By using the Light Platform, by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, or by otherwise accessing the Games or creating a Customer Account, you confirm that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Social Gaming Policy, and any other game-specific or promotion-specific terms relevant to your use of the Light Platform.

Cashoomo Mini Integration with Cashoomo.com

Cashoomo Mini is the light version of the full Cashoomo platform operated by Green Candy Solutions, Inc. at cashoomo.com.

ALL GAMES ON CASHOMO MINI ARE OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE AND STRICTLY FOR PRIVATE ENTERTAINMENT AND AMUSEMENT PURPOSES ONLY. NO GAMES AND NO INFORMATION OR ACTIVITY RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE OPERATION OF ANY GAMES MAY BE USED IN ANY WAY FOR ANY GAMBLING OR WAGERING PURPOSES, OR FOR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL OR PROHIBITED ACTIVITY.

1. DEFINITIONS

Customer Account means an account held by a Registered Customer on Cashoomo Mini (which simultaneously creates the corresponding full account on cashoomo.com).
Excluded Territory means the states of Idaho, New Jersey, Washington, Michigan, New York, Delaware, California, Utah, Connecticut, Nevada, Montana, West Virginia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, and any other jurisdiction outside of the United States and Canada, or any other jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law.
Game means any Standard Game available on the Light Platform.
Gold Coins means the virtual social gaming currency offered by the Light Platform that enables you to play Standard Games. Gold Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased, redeemed, exchanged, converted into any other form of currency or reward, and serve solely as a license to participate in Standard Games for entertainment purposes.
Player or you means any person who participates in Games provided on the Light Platform.
Registered Customer means a Player who has successfully registered a Customer Account.
Standard Game means any game played with Gold Coins. Standard Games are social games for entertainment and amusement purposes only. No item or reward with real-world monetary value can be received as a result of participating in Standard Games.
Application (or **"**App")/ Light Platform means the services provided through Cashoomo Mini on cashoomo.com (or any subdomain or mini version thereof) and all subdomains, subpages and successor sites, features, tools and services available thereon.

All other capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning provided in the full Cashoomo.com Terms of Service and Rules.

2. OPERATOR

The Light Platform is owned and operated by Green Candy Solutions, Inc.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. By registering a Customer Account and/or otherwise participating on the Light Platform, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence and are legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Light Platform;

(b) You do not reside in or access the Light Platform from any Excluded Territory in a manner that would violate applicable law;

(d) You participate on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;

(e) All information that you provide to us is true, complete and correct, and you will immediately notify us of any changes;

(f) You will not be involved in any Fraudulent Conduct or other unlawful activity.

3.2. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation on the Light Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of Excluded Territories may use Cashoomo Mini only for free entertainment purposes and are strictly prohibited from accessing the full Cashoomo.com platform.

3.3. Employees of the Company, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

4. LICENSE

Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms of Service and the full Cashoomo.com Terms of Service, the Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Light Platform solely for your personal private entertainment and amusement. Gold Coins are provided solely as a license to play Standard Games and confer no other rights or value.

5. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

5.1. Cashoomo Mini and the main Cashoomo.com platform operate as a single, inseparably linked ecosystem sharing one unified Customer Account. Your Customer Account on Cashoomo Lite is the same Customer Account used on the full Cashoomo.com platform operated by Green Candy Solutions, Inc.

5.2. If you already have a Customer Account on the main Cashoomo.com platform, you may access and use Cashoomo Mini using the exact same login credentials (email and password). Creating a new separate account on Cashoomo Lite while you already have an existing account on Cashoomo.com (or vice versa) is strictly prohibited and will be treated as multi-accounting in violation of these Terms.

5.3. Registration for or use of a Customer Account on Cashoomo Mini automatically creates and links a full Customer Account on the main Cashoomo.com platform. By registering or using Cashoomo Lite, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you fully accept and are bound by the complete Terms of Service, Rules, Privacy Policy, Responsible Social Gaming Policy, AML/KYC Policy, and all other applicable policies of the full Cashoomo.com platform (available at[ https://cashoomo.com/](<>)), including all future amendments thereto.

5.4. The Company may, at any time within the Cashoomo Mini interface or via notifications, offer you the opportunity to transition to, access, or fully engage with features on the main Cashoomo.com platform. Any such action or continued use after the offer constitutes your full acceptance of the Terms of Service and Rules of the main Cashoomo.com platform.

5.5. The Customer Accounts on Cashoomo Mini and Cashoomo.com are inseparably linked. Any suspension, deactivation, restriction, limitation, or termination of your account on one platform will automatically and immediately apply to your account on the other platform.

5.6. You are permitted to have only one Customer Account across the entire Cashoomo ecosystem (including both Cashoomo Mini and the main Cashoomo.com platform). Violation of this rule (multi-accounting) may result in the immediate suspension or permanent deletion of all linked accounts.

5.7. If you are a resident of any Excluded Territory (as defined in Section 3) or any jurisdiction where participation in the full Cashoomo.com platform is prohibited, you may use Cashoomo Mini solely for free entertainment and amusement purposes, but you are strictly prohibited from accessing, using or attempting to use the main Cashoomo.com platform. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate suspension or termination of both your Cashoomo Lite and full Cashoomo.com accounts.

5.8. You must keep all information in your Customer Account current and accurate at all times. If your address, email address, phone number, or any other registration information changes, you must immediately notify us at support@cashoomo.com. The name and date of birth provided in your account must exactly match the information on your government-issued identification.

5.9. You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and account access. The Company is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

5.10. You may not share your Customer Account or password with any other person. Any shared use of your account may result in its suspension or termination.

5.11. An account is considered inactive (Inactive Account) if there has been no user activity for 60 (sixty) consecutive days. The Company reserves the right to deactivate any inactive account, after which all Gold Coins and any other balances or benefits will be permanently forfeited.

5.12. If you wish to close your Customer Account, you may do so by contacting support@cashoomo.com. Closing your account will result in the permanent loss of all Gold Coins and access to both Cashoomo Mini and the main Cashoomo.com platform.

6. GOLD COINS AND GAMES

6.1. Gold Coins may be collected only through the following free methods at the Company’s sole discretion:

a. Automatic award upon registering an account on Cashoomo Mini;

b. Participation in Standard Games (winning additional Gold Coins);

c. Promotional giveaways, Daily Rewards, Free Spins or other no-cost promotions hosted by the Company or its affiliated social media platforms;

d. Any other free promotional activity offered by the Company from time to time (daily login rewards, contests, challenges, referrals, etc.).

No purchases of Gold Coins or any other items are available or permitted on Cashoomo Mini.

6.2. Gold Coins have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded, redeemed or exchanged for cash or any prize. They are provided solely for entertainment and amusement and function only as a license to participate in Standard Games.

6.3. You may participate in any Standard Game only if you have sufficient Gold Coins in your Customer Account. All gameplay is for entertainment purposes only.

6.4. Free Spins and Daily Rewards may be offered as part of promotions. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot result in real-money winnings.

6.5. The Company reserves the right to change the amount of Gold Coins awarded, modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.

7. PROMOTIONS

All promotions on Cashoomo Mini are subject to these Terms of Service and any additional promotion-specific rules published at the time of the promotion. The Company reserves the right to revoke or modify any promotion without prior notice.

8. RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY

The Company encourages responsible play. Please review our Responsible Social Gaming Policy for tools to manage your gameplay.

9. FRAUDULENT CONDUCT AND PROMOTIONAL ABUSE

You agree not to engage in any hacking, cheating, use of bots, multiple-account abuse, low-risk repetitive play designed to exploit promotions, or any other Fraudulent Conduct or Promotional Abuse. Any such activity will result in immediate suspension or termination of your accounts and forfeiture of all Gold Coins.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, Games, software, text, images and other materials on the Light Platform are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted only the limited license described above. You may not reproduce, modify or commercially use any part of the Light Platform.

11. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for any third-party websites.

12. DISRUPTIONS AND DEFECTS

The Light Platform is provided “AS IS”. The Company is not responsible for downtime, technical issues, viruses or any damages arising from use of the Light Platform. In the event of a system malfunction, all gameplay may be voided at the Company’s discretion.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. DEACTIVATION / SUSPENSION OF CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

The Company may deactivate or suspend your Customer Account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms, the full Cashoomo.com Terms, or suspicion of Fraudulent Conduct. Upon deactivation, all Gold Coins and any unclaimed rewards are forfeited.

15. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use of the Light Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited and in no event will the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of Cashoomo Mini shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement set forth in the full Cashoomo.com Terms of Service (governed by Delaware law, individual binding arbitration).

17. GENERAL TERMS

17.1. These Terms of Service (together with the full Cashoomo.com Terms of Service and Rules to which you have consented) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.

17.2. The Company may amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Cashoomo Mini after posting of changes constitutes acceptance.

17.3. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of laws principles.

17.4. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

By registering and using Cashoomo Mini you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service and the full Terms of Service, Rules and all policies of Cashoomo.com.
